On April 5, Cherkasy shopping center Lubava celebrates 10 years of its work<\/strong>. Despite the difficult times for Ukraine, the mall practically never closed, although the employees of the complex faced many challenges: to establish work with tenants, to resolve the issue of regular power outages, to be able to quickly and safely evacuate visitors to the mall during air raids, etc.<\/p>\n

Now Lubava is operating quite stably. There are practically no vacancies for new tenants, and all stores except Inditex are open. The mall's footfall is at 80-85%<\/strong> of the pre-war level.<\/p>\n

The financial performance of the complex has not yet recovered, but the most important thing now is to keep the business and the team alive and work for victory.<\/p>\n

\"For 10 years, Lubava shopping center has been and remains a favorite shopping and leisure destination for Cherkasy residents. We are very proud that we have managed to create such an important community center for the city and maintain interest in it from the citizens for 10 years,\" says Anatoliy Shkriblyak, President of Budhouse Group, a development company. - \"We are doing our best to ensure that our shopping center remains the center of city life even now, despite the difficult times. This winter, we became the center of invincibility in the Lubava shopping mall in the truest sense. At a time when the whole city was dark, we had light and warmth.
