Kharkiv's Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center has reached a new milestone - the 30 millionth visitor since its opening. This event confirms that the center remains one of the most popular shopping and leisure destinations in Kharkiv.<\/p>\n

The jubilee visitor received a special certificate for UAH 30,000 from the mall administration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

\"30 million visitors is more than just a number. It is a symbol of the resilience, trust and love that Kharkiv residents and guests of the city feel for Nikolsky shopping center. Despite all the difficulties, we continue to work and develop. I thank everyone who supports us in these difficult times for Ukraine,\" commented Anatoliy Shkriblyak, President of Budhouse Group.<\/p>\n

Nikolsky shopping mall, opened on May 21, 2021, is one of the largest shopping centers in Ukraine. Its total area is 106,000 sq. m, of which 53,000 sq. m are retail space. The center has more than 150 stores, and the architectural concept was developed by TAM \"A.V. Pashenko\" in cooperation with the international company Sonae Sierra.<\/p>\n

Despite the rocket attack in 2022, Nikolsky shopping center continues to operate and develop. The restoration of the damaged areas began in April 2022, and by December 1, 2022, all retail space was reconstructed and handed over to tenants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
