In February, the following tenants opened: Accord accessory store (02.02), Luxoptica (08.02), MVM My home (08.02), which offers household goods, White Chamomile pharmacy (11.02), Mobilochka specialty store (16.02), which offers accessories and gadgets for mobile phones, and Must Have store (27.02).<\/p>\n<p>Also in March, Ukrzoloto (01.03), Yabluka (02.03), and Levi's (02.03) opened their doors in Lubava shopping center.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Italian cosmetics brand Kiko Milano is expected to open in the near future, as it is currently completing renovations.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\"Our approach is not just to increase the number of tenants, but to create synergy between them so that every visit to Lubava shopping center becomes an unforgettable experience for visitors,\" said Anatoliy Shkriblyak, President of Budhouse Group.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-1814-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>The total area of the Lubava shopping center is 26,000 sq m, of which 18,200 sq m is available for lease.
