A survey conducted by the company <a href=\"https:\/\/bhg.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Budhouse Group<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucsc.org.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers<\/a> in August 2023, was the first full-scale analysis since the beginning of Russian aggression. This study allows us to understand how the events taking place in the context of war affect consumer activity and shopping strategies in shopping centers.<\/p>\n<p>One of the key findings is that visitors to shopping centers have become more targeted in their purchases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-1271-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>\"Several metrics support this, including the number of stores visited, the length of the visit, the percentage of casual visitors, and the conversion of visitors to customers. Conversion (the share of buyers among visitors) increased by 5%, while the duration of the visit decreased by 11%. Additionally, the number of stores visited by each customer decreased by 30%.
