The giants of international retail continue to return to the indomitable Kharkiv.

On May 8, LPP Group stores - House and Cropp - reopened in Nikolsky shopping center. Mohito is scheduled to open by the end of the month. Since the beginning of the war, all LPP stores have been closed in the city.

"Famous international brands continue to return to Kharkiv. Today we offer quite loyal conditions for our tenants to start. After all, our task is to support the country's economy as much as possible and provide Kharkiv residents with jobs. For example, on April 20, a store of the German brand New Yorker reopened in Nikolsky shopping center. This event caused a great excitement among the city residents. And in March, the SportLife chain was opened", – says Anatoliy Shkriblyak, president of the development company Budhouse Group.

Mohito – is addressed to women who love trends and appreciate original urban elegance, are confident, know their strengths and are able to express them through their unique style.

House – combines the latest trends with street style. The brand focuses on casual style, offering bold combinations and expressive accessories.

Cropp – is a casual clothing brand that allows customers to create their own style through women's and men's collections, complemented by a wide range of accessories and footwear.

In total, the Nikolsky shopping center has about 150 shops, restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley, and a sports club. The total investment in the project during its construction amounted to EUR 110 million, of which EUR 53.6 million was a loan from the Polish state-owned bank BGK. Direct losses from the missile hit amounted to approximately EUR 18 million. Nikolsky's indirect losses, which include a loss of capitalization, amounted to about $150 million in 2022.

Budhouse Group – is one of the largest development companies in Ukraine, which operates four shopping centers – Fabrika Shopping Center (Kherson), Lubava Shopping Center (Cherkasy) and Forum Shopping Center (Lviv), Nikolsky shopping center (Kharkiv), and also the Khortitsa Palace hotel (Zaporizhia).
