Linden Luxury Residences has once again confirmed its top status in the field of luxury real estate by setting two national records in Ukraine:

• The maximum width of the ramp for entering the parking lot is 9.05 m.

• The largest viewing angle from the penthouse terrace is 270 degrees.

These achievements are officially recorded in the National Register of Records of Ukraine and emphasize the uniqueness and scale of the project, which combines advanced architectural solutions with exceptional attention to the comfort of residents.

Linden Luxury Residences, located in the historic Lipki quarter, has already gained international recognition.

Last year, the project received the main award for the best building of the year at the prestigious European CEEQA 2024 award. The CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) is the premier industry award and flagship annual event that recognizes the best real estate projects in 18 countries in Central and Southeast Europe.

Valeriy Dubil and the patron Anatoliy Shkriblyak, together with the team of inventors of the latest weapons and volunteers delivered an important cargo that will enhance the combat capabilities of the DIU units involved in fierce battles against the enemy in critical areas of the frontline.

"Over the past day, the enemy has advanced in Trudove, Kurakhove, near Shevchenko, Vidrodzhennia and Pushkine. All these settlements are located in Donetsk region. We have to support the combat units of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, the Armed Forces and the border guards. This is a matter of Ukraine's future," said Valeriy Dubil, First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Health and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Nadiia Youth Initiative Charitable Foundation.

This time, the cargo handed over to the Ukrainian military included three airplane-type unmanned aerial vehicles for operational and tactical reconnaissance, a multiband drone to counter enemy electronic warfare, and six state-of-the-art immersion-cooled radar systems. Seven 700 W charging stations, ten 1 kW stations, three 2.4 kW stations, and six Luska covers to protect Starlink from detection by thermal imagers were also delivered.

«Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, I have been systematically going to the front to help our defenders: Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, Sumy, Kursk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia directions. I see how difficult it is for our military. That's why we, together with like-minded people, continue to collect everything we need to support the Ukrainian army. I am sincerely grateful to our partners who helped us collect the cargo», emphasized Valeriy Dubil.

According to Dubil, the situation at the front remains extremely tense, so the “Nadiya” Foundation will continue to help Ukrainian soldiers despite everything.

«Unfortunately, the enemy has an advantage in manpower and equipment. However, our defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the occupiers, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Our Nadiia Youth Initiative Foundation will continue to help the Ukrainian military until Ukraine's victory», he emphasized.

Agricom Group has once again donated its own products to the Ukrainian Mriya Foundation at the request of the charitable foundation.

This time, more than 8600 servings of Dobrodiya oatmeal, San Grano granola and YUMMOJI snacks were donated to the charity.
