On November 20, the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers held the debut ceremony of awarding the first marketing award in Ukraine, created specifically for shopping and entertainment centers – UCSC MRKTNG AWARDS 2025. The event took place at the HRAM conceptual bar and brought together leading representatives of the retail, development, marketing industry and business community.

The event included a panel discussion of jury members, a charity auction to raise funds to support the units of the 112th, 72nd, 59th brigades and the 5th separate battalion, as well as a ceremonial award ceremony for the winners in key categories of the shopping center's marketing activities.
Budhouse Group became one of the most successful participants in the award, receiving several high marks for the effectiveness and creativity of its shopping center campaigns. The company's president, Anatoliy Shkriblyak, noted that this year the marketing of the shopping center has become much more responsible and meaningful: "We work at a time when marketing is not about effects, but about real support for people. Frequent anxiety, stress, uncertainty - all this affects attendance and consumer behavior. Our teams were looking for solutions that help people feel protected, calmer, more confident. And the fact that it is such cases that won awards shows that we are moving in the right direction."

We see that the most effective projects are those where there is sincerity and understanding of the context of the war. The creation of the UCSC MRKTNG AWARDS allows the market to see which solutions really work and which ones do not.”
