Budhouse Group opened a new generation shopping center in Kharkiv - Nikolsky shopping center. The developer intends to invest another 300 million euros in new projects.
opened one of the largest shopping centers of Ukraine in Kharkiv - Nikolsky Shopping Center. In total, the shopping center of the new generation has about 150 shops, restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley, and a sports club. The total amount of investment in the project amounted to 110 million euros, of which 53.6 million euros was a loan from the Polish state bank BGK.
"Our company implemented a number of successful projects involving foreign bank lending. For example, earlier we, together with our partners Multi (Netherlands), attracted EUR 52.1 million of syndicated loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Austrian Unicreditbank for Forum Lviv.
In the near future, the developer also intends to invest 300 million euros in new projects: shopping centers in Odesa, Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv.

Now the development company is actively finishing the construction of the premium residential complex Linden Luxury Residences. Commissioning is planned for 2021. In addition, already this year, Budhouse Group intends to begin construction of the Yessa shopping and entertainment center in Odesa. The company will also build the Khortitsa Mall in Zaporizhzhia. The cost of the project will exceed 80 million euros. The term of implementation of this project is 2.5 years.
"After the opening of the shopping center in Zaporizhzhia, we will begin the construction of a shopping center on Peremogy Ave. in Kyiv. The amount of investments will be about 220 million euros. We also intend to implement this project with international financial partners".
