Today, Lubava Shopping Center has significantly improved its retailer pool. In February, the following tenants opened: Accord accessories store (02.02), Luxoptica (08.02), MVM My home (08.02), which offers household goods, White Chamomile pharmacy (11.02), Mobilochka specialty store (16.02), where you can buy accessories and gadgets for mobile phones, and Must Have store (27.02).
Also in March, Ukrzoloto (01.03), Yabluka (02.03), and Levi's (02.03) opened their doors in Lubava shopping center.
In addition, the Italian cosmetics brand Kiko Milano is expected to open in the near future, as it is currently completing renovations.

The total area of the Lubava shopping center is 26,000 sq m, of which 18,200 sq m is available for lease. The facility is equipped with a two-level parking lot for 200 cars.
