The Ukrainian development company Budhouse Group has been shortlisted for the prestigious European real estate award CEEQA with the Linden Luxury Residences project.
The shortlist identifies the best buildings, companies, and industry professionals of the past calendar year. The complex will compete with other European projects in the Residential Development of the Year nomination.
The final winners in each category will be announced and awarded at the CEEQA gala concert in Warsaw on May 15, after the final round of judging.
This is the second nomination for CEEQA for Linden Luxury Residences. Earlier, in 2020, the project won the national CP AWARDS award in the Best Residential Complex Project category.
Linden Luxury Residences is an elite complex in the heart of the capital. It was commissioned in July 2023, which guarantees new buyers no legal risks when purchasing real estate. Linden offers spacious apartments with two, three and more bedrooms, service rooms, laundry rooms, studios with panoramic windows and unique views of the city center. The façade design and interior concept was developed by British designer Kelly Hoppen, known for her "neutral luxury" style.
