Linden Luxury Residences won the title of the best building of the year at the CEEQA 2024 ceremony. The competition was attended by 700 real estate objects built in Europe in 2023.
The CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) is the leading industry award recognizing the best real estate projects, companies and individuals in 18 countries across Central and Southeast Europe. Linden Luxury Residences, which has become a symbol of luxury real estate development in wartime, received the highest honor at this year's ceremony.

Linden Luxury Residences is located in the prestigious Lipki district. The complex is distinguished not only by its location and high-quality workmanship, but also by its cooperation with world-renowned designers and architects. The interior design of the common areas was developed by Kelly Hoppen, and the architectural solution was created by Andriy Pashenko, one of the leading Ukrainian architects. The developer of the project is Budhouse Group, which has been repeatedly recognized for its projects in Ukraine. The infrastructure of the complex includes a fitness center, SPA, mini-cinema, lounge areas, and a children's entertainment room.
