Budhouse Group received prestigious awards in 2024. According to the RAU Awards, Forum Lviv was recognized as the "Best Medium-sized Shopping Center in Cities with a Population of Over a Million" and Nikolsky Shopping Center as the "Best Large Shopping Center in Cities with a Population of Over a Million". In addition, the Linden Luxury Residences project won the Building of the Year title at the CEEQA 2024 competition.

Attendance

Budhouse Group's shopping centers were visited by 22 million people over the year, maintaining the same level as last year. The most difficult situation was in Kharkiv, where due to shelling and anxiety, footfall in Nikolsky shopping center dropped significantly, but returned to a stable level in the fall. At the same time, Lubava and Forum Lviv shopping centers recorded a gradual increase in visitors.

"Despite the understandable difficulties, we have maintained stability and even improved our quality indicators. Visitors are becoming more targeted, the conversion rate of visitors to customers increased by 5%, and the share of planned visits increased by 10%," commented Anatoliy Shkriblyak, President of Budhouse Group.

Turnover

The total turnover of the company's shopping malls in 2024 increased by 33% compared to 2023 and amounted to UAH 12.2 billion. In currency terms, the figure decreased by UAH 14% compared to the pre-war period due to the closure of Fabrika shopping mall and difficulties in Kharkiv. At the same time, Forum Lviv and Lubava exceeded the level of 2021 by 32% and 16%, respectively.

Tenants

Vacancy rate in shopping centers remained at a minimum level of 0.91%. During the year, 34 new lease agreements were signed for a total area of 4600 sq m. Key tenants include Adidas, Nike (Forum Lviv), Sinsay (Nikolsky and Lubava). An underground Pop-up Center was opened in Nikolsky shopping center, where stores were open even during alarms.

Budhouse Group intensified online promotion: the number of contacts with users reached 103 million, which is 2 times more than in 2023. The number of subscribers in social networks increased by 10% and amounted to 765.3 thousand. Fabrika and Forum Lviv remain the leaders among Ukrainian shopping malls in terms of the number of Instagram followers.

Marketing activities

In 2024, 370 events took place in Budhouse Group shopping malls. The most popular events were birthday, Halloween, Christmas, and a new format - "Karaoke on Screen" at Nikolsky shopping mall.

Development

In Lubava, 600 sq m of leasable area was completed, allowing the expansion of House, Brands Outlet and a children's entertainment center. The reconstruction of Fabrika shopping center is scheduled to begin after the end of the shelling of Kherson.
